4/28/2007 Old FriendsToday I saw an old
  friend of mine, and as usual we talked like we have seen each other yesterday... now I'm asking  myself how is it that we do not see ourselves like others do, why are we so critical with ourselves... anyway, it was great  to hear her perspective about me, being friends  since 1977 must mean that she knows me quite a bit so I suposse that the virtues she sees must be here, somewhere  4/24/2007 Plans...Well, t's time to add again something, apart from going thru a flu  not much to tell, wellllll I'm planing a travel  to "El valle del Jerte" its at Extremadura one of the poorest regions of Spain , The valley of Jerte is known by they cherry  trees, a week ago they began to blossom  so we are going just on time (hope so). Next week we have 3 bank  holidays (well, really two cause I took one day off), on May 1st its an international  holiday and on May the 2nd its Madrid's  day...... Yup, Spaniards are blessed with lots of bank holidays U'll think we spend the whole day sleeping siestas (naps) but I do not know anybody that does it.... maybe foreigners vacationing here! :)) |
